Hidden inside Walker Hotel is Society Cafe, a market-to-table American restaurant by chef Manuel Gonzalez Charles. Gonzalez has a celebrated career, having worked alongside chef Mark Forgione at the Michelin-starred restaurant of the same name and later as the executive sous chef for the critically acclaimed Khe-Yo in Soho. Gonzalez uses his global influences and the nearby Union Square Greenmarket to execute an evolving menu that is sustainable and locally sourced. The dining room features a warm fireplace and accents of walnut, leather and teal for a modern sophisticated setting.

Argentinian Chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martin Pittaluga bring their laid-back approach to asado cooking with a menu showcasing fresh seasonal produce, Mediterranean-style salads, savory meats, grilled vegetables and freshly baked goods.

Tucked away two floors below the hip Walker Hotel Tribeca, which opened last year, is a new cocktail bar called Saint Tuesday. The discreet entrance at 24 Cortlandt Alley, on the side of the hotel, belies the warm, cozy bar within. Walk up a short flight of stairs in the alley and enter the space, which is outfitted with black leather banquettes, a marble bar and round tables, and is illuminated by candlelight, and you’ll feel transported to the New York of yesteryear.

In partnership with the Flower Shop Lower East Side, Walker Hotel Tribeca is delivering a one-of-a-kind rooftop experience you won’t soon forget. Operating daily at the hotel (from 4pm to 11pm on Mondays through Thursdays, 4pm through midnight on Fridays, 1pm through midnight on Saturdays and 1pm until 11pm on Sundays), The Flower Shop x Walker Hotel Pop-Up transforms the hotel’s rooftop terrace with walls, archways and pergolas festooned in pink and purple faux orchids, roses and other flowers, as well as real-deal greenery. Those verdant good looks are boosted even further by the space’s unobstructed views of the city below.
