Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Atit Jariwala is a real estate executive who has been involved with real estate management and investment his entire life. As a partner and co-founder of several real estate companies, Atit has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of dozens of properties across the United States. In total, Atit has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $2.5 billion of real estate throughout the U.S. directly as a principal.
Prior to Bridgeton, Atit was at CIM Group, the $30 billion real estate private equity firm, and a real estate private equity firm which had over $1 billion in assets under management. Prior to his development and investing career, Atit was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Wells Hill Partners. In addition, he managed a number of hotel properties. Atit’s professional career spans 19 years.
Atit graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics, cum laude with distinction, and received his MBA from Stanford University.
Akash Sharma

Akash Sharma has over 15 years of real estate experience, including sourcing, evaluating and executing direct investments in excess of $2 billion in total capitalization, and asset management of over a two million square feet portfolio of core, value-added and opportunistic assets.
Akash formally began his investing career at CIM Group, the $30 billion real estate private equity firm. During his tenure, Akash completed over $700 million in investments and worked on a variety of transformative projects, including the acquisition of 432 Park Avenue. To complement his equity side transactional experience, Akash joined Clairvue Capital Partners (now Stepstone Real Estate Group) in early 2012. At Clairvue, Akash’s responsibilities entailed undertaking secondary investments in funds and evaluating preferred equity investments in operating companies and joint ventures.
Akash graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Economics, Dean’s List.
Christina Maloney-Dillon
Chief Operating Officer
Christina Maloney has been managing employee relationships and compliance matters for over 25 years, focusing on the management of human capital, employer compliance, liability management and leadership development. She currently oversees Bridgeton’s HR and compliance functions.
Prior to Bridgeton, Christina spent 4 years as Head of Operations for the New York and London offices of Ripplewood Advisors LLC, a family investment office, and 20 years as HR Manager at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a New York Private Equity firm. Christina Began her career in New Business Development at Ketchum, an international advertising agency.
Christina earned a degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Genesco.
Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel is a Certified Public Accountant, with over 17 years’ experience, who has been deeply involved in accounting, valuation and company leadership throughout his career. Ankit came to Bridgeton from a consulting firm where he spent his time at a large real estate development company working with their controllership group to develop, implement and improve accounting processes. Prior to that, Ankit worked at Hyatt as a member of the Global Policies and Procedures group where he created and updated company-wide accounting policies, and participated in the AICPA Hospitality Revenue Recognition Task Force.
Ankit started his career in Atlanta at Deloitte where he gained experience within their external audit practice before moving to their Transaction Services group working on buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
Ankit earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Saint Louis University.
Jeffrey Haroldson
Chief Legal Officer
Jeffrey Haroldson has over 35 years of experience as a CEO, COO, fund manager, investment banker and lawyer originating and overseeing complex international businesses and transactions.
Jeff began his career in 1981 at the international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy specializing in banking and securities regulation and transactions. In 1994, the global banking group HSBC recruiting Jeff to serve as General Counsel of the Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets (“CIBM” businesses for North America where he was responsible for legal and compliance matters for a wide variety of financial services businesses, including Treasury, Fixed Income, Equities, Investment and Merchant Banking, and Corporate Banking. While at HSBC, Jeff was promoted first to COO for CIBM, directly managing and coordinating the support functions for the CIBM businesses, and later to Head of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking for North America. In that capacity, Jeff had responsibility for M&A, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Investment Banking, Islamic Finance, Private Placements, Mezzanine Finance, Loan Syndications and Private Equity.
Jeff was later recruited by HDG Mansur Capital Group, a U.S. real estate development and advisory company, to become CEO of its fund and asset management businesses. Jeff grew those businesses from ~$650 million in AUM to a peak of $2.5 billion, representing over 8 million square feet of CRE assets.
Jeff earned his bachelor’s from the University of Michigan and graduated from Cornell Law School.
Romil Patel
Head of Strategy & Operations
Romil Patel serves as Bridgeton platform’s VP of Strategy & Operations focused on executing strategic initiatives such as new business launches, and special projects across subsidiaries and teams.
Prior to Bridgeton Capital, Romil was a venture capital investor focused on enterprise software, consumer-tech and e-commerce infrastructure. Prior to investing, Romil led strategy and operation teams at several VC backed businesses across different industries and stages.
Romil graduated from the George Washington University with a Biomedical Engineering degree, cum laude, and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business.

Ritesh (RJ) Jariwala is responsible for Bridgeton’s Hospitality division, overseeing just over 500 employees with nearly $150M in annual revenue. He brings more than three decades of experience in hospitality operations, positioning, development, food and beverage, branding, and residential living.
His previous projects include development of such brands as Walker Hotel Collection, Jade Hotel, GEM Hotels, Marram Resort, Journey East Hampton and Hero Beach Club. RJ is focused on experiences and guest interactions while staying attentive on hospitality trends and the ever changing guest profile.
RJ received his MBA from the University of Missouri and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business.
Philip Cham
Director, Hospitality
Philip Cham brings over 20 years of hotel management experience with a variety of affiliations including Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Wyndham and IHG hotel brands. He has extensive experience in hotel operations, property openings, sales and marketing, property repositioning, revenue management, associate development and profitability strategies. Phil oversees the day-to-day operations of Bridgeton’s portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Bridgeton, Phil was the Vice President of Branded Hotel Operations for Gemini Hospitality Management, overseeing the operations of hotel brands including Choice, Wyndham and IHG. Phil’s prior experience includes general manager positions of New York City branded and boutique properties along with Regional Director responsibilities for multiple properties in the Northeast.
Phil received his degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Solomon Garber joins Erithmitic (dba Bridgeton Capital) with over 17 years of experience in the commercial mortgage sector.
Sol previously served as Managing Director at Northeast Bank responsible for National Originations, where he helped spearhead the lender finance and real estate originations businesses for the bank. Prior to Northeast Bank, he was a primary originator at Rialto Capital for multiple investment vehicles. Earlier in Solomon’s career he worked at LNR Partners (DBA Starwood Mortgage Trust) and at Atalaya Capital.
Sol graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Science.

Adam Kies is a Managing Director at Bridgeton Capital, focusing on loan originations and executions.
Adam joined Bridgeton with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate property and capital markets. He came from investment manager Crescit Capital Strategies, where he focused on middle market bridge lending. Prior to Crescit, he was a Managing Director at Terra Capital Partners (now Mavik Capital) responsible for originating, negotiating, and structuring bridge loans and subordinate debt investments. Earlier, he was a Vice President at two other investment firms, Ascent Real Estate Advisors and Icahn Enterprises, where he was responsible for the origination and acquisition of real estate equity and debt investments. His career has also included loan underwriting and credit analysis roles at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, equity research at Morgan Stanley (covering hotel and multifamily REITs), and real estate investment banking at Insignia Capital Advisors (now part of CBRE).
Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Haverford College, a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University and an MBA degree in Finance from New York University.

Cyson Wong brings to Erithmitic (dba Bridgeton Capital) 16 years of real estate experience that spans acquisitions, lending, asset management, and investment sales. Cyson began his real estate career with Eastdil Secured, a prominent real estate investment bank, executing sales and financings of office, retail, hospitality, and multifamily assets totaling over $1.0 billion in aggregate. Cyson subsequently worked at Madison Capital as a Vice President where he sourced and acquired value-add as well as distressed debt opportunities. From Madison Capital, Cyson moved to Pilot Real Estate Group, a family office focused on a range of real estate strategies across multiple asset classes and markets. At Pilot, Cyson sourced and structured equity and debt opportunities, managed investments, and was largely responsible for Pilot’s bridge lending platform. At Pilot, Cyson managed over $100 million of partner balance sheet investments in both equity and debt.
Following his experience at Pilot, Cyson worked as a Director of acquisitions and debt originations at Paramount Group, a public REIT that acquires Class A office buildings in gateway markets and manages a series of subordinate debt funds. Cyson subsequently joined ZB Capital Group as a Principal where he ran the day-to-day operations of the platform which included sourcing, underwriting, and closing value-add equity investments, asset management, and business plan execution.
Cyson graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering and from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in real estate and finance.

Travis Rand is Director of Credit Investments and Capital Markets at Erithmitic (dba Bridgeton Capital). He was previously a Director in the Real Estate Structured Lending group at Forbright Bank. Prior to that, he spent nine years working for Northeast Bank in CRE structured lending, bridge lending, and loan acquisitions. He is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in political science. Travis resides in Boston, MA.

David Hall serves as the platform’s Managing Director focused on originations and operations. David and Sol Garber have co-invested in and closed over 15 deals over the course of their careers.
David was previously Chief Operating Officer for Bridge Funding, a bridge financing lender, and Managing Director at CV Capital, a commercial mortgage lender. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Baruch College teaching real estate finance and investment at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
David graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors of Science in Business and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Francisco Utrera is a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer at Erithmitic (dba Bridgeton Capital), focused on natural language processing.
Francisco joined Bridgeton Capital after three years at RISELab at Berkeley, working as a Machine Learning Scientist with Michael Mahoney. At RISELab, Francisco published natural language processing and computer vision papers in major ML conferences, and he led the development of a natural language processing open-source library for backdoor detection. Francisco also previously worked at Goldman Sachs for four years, first in Sales and Trading and then with the CFO of the Investment Management Division.
Francisco graduated from Penn State with a degree in Finance, magna cum laude, and a Masters in EECS focused on Machine Learning from the University of California, Berkeley.

Conor O’Byrne has spent more than two decades overseeing construction and development in national and international markets. Project types have included residential, hospitality, sports, entertainment, transportation and healthcare. Prior to joining Bridgeton, Conor worked with Kiewit Corporation’s Rocky Mountain Region on major projects in excess of $1 billion; New York based Claremont Group on projects in the Tri-State Area and overseas; and in the residential sector in the Northeast, Midwest and abroad.
Conor holds a BA in History from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a BS & MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder

Whitney is the Creative Director of Studio Bridgeton, overseeing all facets of strategy, design, and creative. With Bridgeton, Whitney led creative development of Marram Montauk, a 96-room luxury ocean front property in Montauk that celebrates life’s simple pleasures. Since founding his studio, Maker in 2011, he and his team have created strategies, identities, products, as well as web, retail, & hospitality experiences for a range of brands including Marram, Walker Hotels, Quince, Hashdex, Naadam Cashmere, Tom Colicchio’s Small Batch, Lolli & Pops, Sprig, Fields Good Chicken, Little Beet, PLNT Water, Make Sandwich, Revolution Golf, Cómodo at the Freehand Hotel, Colonia Verde, Campaign Furniture, and Endless.
Prior to Maker, Whitney began his career at Mcgarry Bowen creating advertising for global brands including Verizon Wireless, The Wall Street Journal, Crayola, Reebok, and Pfizer. During that time Mcgarry Bowen won both AdAge and AdWeek’s Agency of the Year. Whitney is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Visual Communications.Interiors Director
Brian is the Interiors Director of Studio Bridgeton. Previously he was a Partner at Studio Tack. Brian studied journalism and piano performance at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Master of Architecture with honors from Columbia University. He is a multi-disciplinary designer whose work encompasses architecture, publication design, identity systems, and writing.
In his free time, he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University and previously served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Florida. Prior to architecture and design, Brian worked on national book publicity campaigns for Jackie Collins and Alec Baldwin at St. Martin’s Press in New York.
