HOW WALKER TRIBECA MERGES THE NEIGHBORHOOD’S BUZZING ART AND SOCIAL SCENE

On one hand the hotel occupies a historic building that was formerly a button ribbon factory and is adjacent to Cortland Alley, a street that remains largely unchanged from when it was first constructed. On the other hand, the property is located near a burgeoning art scene and with its opening brings an array of new dining, drinking and outdoor spaces to the neighborhood.
