Christina Maloney-Dillon has been managing employee relationships and compliance matters for over 25 years, focusing on the management of human capital, employer compliance, liability management and leadership development. She currently oversees Bridgeton’s Human Resources function. Just prior to Bridgeton, Christina spent 4 years as the Head of Operations for the New York and London offices of Ripplewood Advisors LLC, a family investment office, and 20 years as the Human Resources Manager at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a New York Private Equity firm. Christina began her career in New Business Development at Ketchum, an international advertising agency. Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
